Broker OwnerKathy co-founded Mavromatis Properties Inc. with Pete in 1978 and brings more than four decades of St. Louis real estate experience to the company.
She holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation and affiliations with national, state, and local Realtor organizations.
Pete Mavromatis
Broker OwnerA lifelong St. Louisan, Pete earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Transportation Corps during the Vietnam War.
After a career with Southwestern Bell and AT&T, Pete continued building the real estate company he and Kathy founded in 1978. His engineering, management, and brokerage experience continue to inform his work with St. Louis buyers and sellers.
