Three Kings Public House Cottleville is officially set to open in September 2025, marking the restaurant group’s fourth location in the St. Louis area. The new venue will be located at 5045 State Highway N, taking over the former sites of Salty’s Bistro and Cottleville Sports Pub.

The decision to open in Cottleville aligns with the area’s steady growth and its rising profile as a St. Charles County dining destination. Owner Derek Deaver shared that the team spent over 18 months scouting the perfect location—one that checked key boxes, such as an enclosed patio, private dining space, and ample seating capacity.

“I feel really good about the decision we made. I’m really excited and I can’t wait to be part of the community here,” said Deaver.

The Cottleville restaurant will include 4,000 square feet of space, featuring indoor and outdoor seating, a covered patio, and a private event room. It will offer the same globally inspired pub fare and extensive craft beer selection that regulars have come to expect from the Three Kings brand.

This new location will join Three Kings Public House’s existing restaurants in South County, Des Peres, and inside Lambert-St. Louis International Airport.
